When you think of journaling, you might think of kids keeping them to write down their crushes and deepest, darkest secrets or maybe kept a diary when you were younger. While these are not often taken seriously, diaries are examples of journaling. I, personally, didn’t start journaling until my late teens but it was such a liberating experience for my emotions. It was nice to be able to get my thoughts on paper and out of my head.
